Since launching in 2012, Neilson has grown from a UK-based company with 100 employees to an award-winning international business with 950 employees and nine locations across the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and Australia. Our Growing Technology Team in the United States
Our US Tech team is growing rapidly, based primarily in Los Angeles, with remote contributors across the country. We bring together software engineers, product managers, QA analysts, DevOps engineers, cloud architects, and technical support professionals — all working toward one goal: building applications and infrastructure that powers modern, intuitive life insurance experiences.
As part of TechLabs, our internal engineering and platform team, we design and maintain the proprietary tools and systems that support everything from digital acquisition to policy administration. Whether you're optimizing API performance, deploying on Kubernetes, or scaling .Net applications in Azure, your work directly impacts thousands of customers and millions in premium.
We operate with a global mindset and local delivery, connecting seamlessly with colleagues across Dublin, London, Toronto, and Sydney - while staying grounded in the unique needs of our customers and local regulatory environments.
